Pursuant to section 101 (1) of the Public Trust Act 2001, Public Trust hereby gives notice that:
(a) Harold Leon Harley, solicitor of Nelson, who died at Nelson on or about 10 June 1968;
Eric Beaumont Jackson, retired insurance agent, who died at Nelson on or about 7 February 1976;
Charles Yates Fell, solicitor of Nelson, who died
at Nelson on or about 9 June 1918; and
William Rout, land agent of Nelson, who died at Nelson on or about 15 May 1933
are the owners of the property described in the Schedule hereto.
(b) Public Trust elects to become manager of the property, it being satisfied that it is advisable
in terms of section 101 (1) of the above Act.
Schedule
A narrow strip of land surveyed as a road but never legalised adjoining Upper Brook Street, Nelson, being an estate in fee simple containing 2.2536 hectares, certificate of title 115/54 (Nelson Registry).
