Childhood Centre
Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) (d) (i) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 1 September 1998, which was granted under those Regulations to Leanne Tong in respect of Topkidz Auckland Limited 3 (10064), situated at the corner of Canada Street and Mercury Lane, Newton, Auckland.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
