Pursuant to section 49 of the Civil Aviation Amendment Act 2002, I appoint
Challenger of Record Management for America's Cup XXXI (NZ) Limited (CORM)
of 100 Halsey Street, Viaduct Basin, Auckland, to be the event organiser for the America's Cup Challenger Selection Series (Louis Vuitton Cup).
This notice shall remain in force from 1 October 2002 to
14 February 2003.
