Pursuant to section 128 or 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the New Plymouth District Court on 29 August 2002, against Anthony Dwayne Watts for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1985 Mitsubishi Sigma, Registration No. SO9514.
