It relates to the issue by BNZ Capital Guaranteed Growth Fund Limited of certain capital guaranteed growth notes and related transactions, and various sections of the Income Tax Act 1994. It will appear
in Inland Revenue's Tax Information Bulletin, Vol. 14, No. 9, of September 2002.
