became aware that the Crown was vested under section 324 (1) of the Companies Act 1993 (by virtue of the removal of Bedford Engineering & Hardware Limited from the Register of Companies on 7 January 2000 pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) the Companies Act 1993) with rights
as mortgagee under Mortgage No. B. 310474.4 (pursuant
to transfer B. 336648) registered against certificate of title SA38B/337, South Auckland Land Registry.
