Pursuant to section 156A (1) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby declare that Oreti Plains Primary School (3996) and Drummond Primary School (3944), Southland, will merge on 15 April 2002 as a full primary school.
Oreti Plains School will be the continuing school.
