Pursuant to section 20 of the Fisheries Act 1996, the Minister of Fisheries makes the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. Title-This notice is the Fisheries (Total Allowable Commercial Catch) Notice 2002.
2. Commencement-This notice comes into force on
1 October 2002.
3. Interpretation-In this notice, the quota management areas and fishstock codes have the same definition as in the Fisheries (Declaration of New Stocks Subject to Quota Management System) Notice 2002 (S.R. 2002/100).
4. Total allowable commercial catches-The total allowable commercial catch for each quota management stock is that amount stated in the final column of the Schedule to this notice.
