Pursuant to section 32 (4) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975, an order was made in the Greymouth District Court on
31 July 2002, against Wayne Fitzgerald for the forfeiture of the following motor vehicle:
1985 Nissan Navara (coloured white), registration No. PS1516.
