Pursuant to Sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing
Act 2002
On 15 August 2002 at the District Court at Tauranga, Deepak Kumar was convicted of the following
offence - driving with excess breath alcohol level - and
in addition to the sentence imposed on him, the Court has ordered that a
1992 Honda motor vehicle, registration No. AEF286
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited
to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 136 of the Sentencing Act 2002.
