Pursuant to Sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing
Act 2002
On 14 August 2002 at the District Court at Tauranga,
Sharn O'Reilly McNamara, of 11 Lyn Grove, Papamoa, was convicted of the following offences - driving
with excess breath alcohol level and driving while disqualified - and in addition to the sentence imposed
on him, the Court has ordered that a
1980 Mitsubishi motor vehicle, registration No. JP3858
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited
to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 136 of the Sentencing Act 2002.
