Act 2002
On 14 August 2002 at the District Court at Tauranga,
Michael Ramsay Porter, of 5 Lee Street, Te Puke, was convicted of the following offence - driving with excess breath alcohol level - and in addition to the sentence imposed on him, the Court has ordered that a
1985 Holden motor vehicle, registration No. MB8147
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited
to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 136 of the Sentencing Act 2002.
