Pursuant to section 11 of the Engineers Registration Act 1924 and Regulation 6 (2) of the Engineers Registration Regulations 1999, the Engineers Registration Board hereby gives notice that by resolution dated 15 June 2001, it caused the name of

to be removed from the Register of Engineers.
