Under section 78N (1) of the Education Act 1989, the Minister of Education has dissolved the Miramar North School Board of Trustees and directed me to appoint a commissioner to the school.
I hereby appoint a commissioner to Miramar North School under section 78N (2) of the Education Act 1989.
This notice takes effect the day after the date of its publication.
