Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the District Court at Timaru on 30 July 2002, against Justin Murray Lintott for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
Honda CRX Ballad, registration No. SN6464.
