Her Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased
to reappoint
Michael Richard Holden Webb of Auckland
to be a member of the Securities Commission for a period of one year commencing 1 September 2002; and
Lloyd James Kavanagh of Wellington
to be a member of the Securities Commission for a period of one year commencing 13 August 2002.
