Pursuant to section 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the District Court at Greymouth on 25 July 2002, against Kevin Edward Fearn for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1991 Mitsubishi GTO (coloured silver), registration No. XP3154.
