Pursuant to section 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the District Court at Greymouth on 16 July 2002, against Mark Charles Roberts for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1985 Mazda Capella (coloured white), registration No. PY9611.
