On 30 July 2002 at the District Court at Tauranga,
Robert Sidney Pratt, of 198 Moffatt Road, Tauranga, was convicted of the following offence - driving with excess breath alcohol (third or subsequent offence) - and in addition to the sentence imposed on him, the Court has ordered that a
Nissan Skyline motor vehicle, registration No. AGY600
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 136 of the Sentencing Act 2002.
