Pursuant to Sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing
Act 2002
On 29 July 2002 at the District Court at Tauranga, Kahn David Ratcliffe was convicted of the following offence
- driving with excess breath alcohol (subsequent
offence) - and in addition to the sentence imposed on
him, the Court has ordered that a
Toyota motor vehicle, registration No. NT8578
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited
to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 136 of the Sentencing Act 2002.
