On 17 July 2002 at the District Court at Tauranga,
Kevin Donald Walker, of Te Puke, was convicted of the following offence - driving with excess breath alcohol (subsequent offence) - and in addition to the sentence imposed on him, the Court has ordered that a
Mazda motor vehicle, registration No. PD1425
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 136 of the Sentencing Act 2002.
