Whereas the Registrar of the District Court held in Kaikoura is also the Registrar of the District Court held in Rangiora:
Now therefore, I, Matthew Peter Robson, Minister for Courts, acting pursuant to rule 20 (3) of the District Courts Rules 1992*, hereby direct that the office of
the District Court held in Kaikoura shall be open from 9.00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. on every day that is not a Court holiday.
