Whereas the Registrar of the District Court held in Rangiora is the Registrar of the District Court held in Kaikoura:
Now therefore, I, Matthew Peter Robson, Minister for Courts, acting pursuant to rule 16 (3) of the District Courts Rules 1992*, hereby direct that the office of the District Court held in Rangiora shall also be the office of the District Court held in Kaikoura.
