Whereas the Registrar of the District Court held in Gisborne is the Registrar of the District Court held in Ruatoria:
Now therefore, I, Matthew Peter Robson, Minister for Courts, acting pursuant to rule 16 (3) of the District Courts Rules 1992*, hereby direct that the office of the District Court held in Gisborne shall also be the office of the District Court held in Ruatoria.
