Whereas the District Court held in Ranfurly has been abolished with effect from the close of 31 July 2002:
Now therefore, I, Matthew Peter Robson, Minister for Courts, acting pursuant to section 70 (1) of the
District Courts Act 1947, hereby direct that the records of the District Court held in Ranfurly be delivered to the Registrar of the District Court held in Alexandra.
