In accordance with section 41F of the Public Finance Act 1989, the Minister of Commerce hereby gives notice that
the Takeovers Panel has published its Statement of Intent 2002/2003, containing its statement of objectives, the nature and scope of the activities to be undertaken by the panel, the panel's performance targets and standards, and statement of accounting policies.
