Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the Christchurch District
Court on 17 July 2002, against Timothy Wayne
Edwards, occupation unknown, of 1/676 Worcester Street, Christchurch, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:

Model: Cortina
Year: 1978
Registration No.: IJ8123
Also, pursuant to section 136 of the Sentencing Act 2002, he must not, within 12 months after the date of this order, acquire any interest in any motor vehicle.
Anyone who has a legal interest in this vehicle should contact the Registrar at the Court urgently as the Registrar may sell the vehicle.
