1. This is a notice of withdrawal of a product ruling made under section 91FJ of the Tax Administration Act 1994.
2. Product ruling No. 01/30 is hereby withdrawn to allow for a replacement ruling to be issued taking account of the change of trustee from BNZ Investment Management Limited to TOWER Superannuation Limited.
3. Product ruling No. 01/30 related to the establishment and continued operation of a wholesale superannuation fund known as the BNZ International Equity Index Fund.
It applied for the period 6 September 2001 to 30 June 2004. Notice of its making appeared in the New Zealand Gazette of 8 November 2001. It is withdrawn on
24 January 2002.
