Pursuant to the power vested in the Chief Justice of
New Zealand by section 51B (1) (h) and 51B (3) of the Judicature Act 1908, the Chief Justice of New Zealand has approved and reappointed
Thomas Crowley Weston, Q.C., being a barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand nominated by the Council of the New Zealand Law Society
as a member of the Rules Committee, as from 28 August 2002, for a term of three years.
