Pursuant to the power vested in the Chief Justice of
New Zealand by section 51B (1) (d) and 51B (3) of the Judicature Act 1908, and on the recommendation of the Chief District Court Judge, the Chief Justice of New Zealand has reappointed
His Honour Judge Jeremy Paul Doogue
to be a member of the Rules Committee, as from 1 September 2002, for a term of three years.
