Pursuant to section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985, an order was made in the District Court at Queenstown on
14 January 2002, against Jackie Andre Timothy Manukura Dixon for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1989 Nissan Bluebird, registration No. PP 628.
It is a condition of the order that the offender shall not, within 12 months after the date of the order, acquire any interest in any motor vehicle.
