On 1 July 2002 at the District Court at Tauranga, Stephen Andrew Waiti, of 30B Watling Street, Tauranga, was convicted of the following offence - driving while disqualified (subsequent offence) - and in addition to the sentence imposed on him, the Court has ordered that a
1988 Mitsubishi Sigma motor vehicle, registration No. NW5663
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
