I, Dr Alan Esmond Bollard, Secretary to the Treasury, hereby give notice that on 4 September 2001, I first became aware that the Crown was vested under section 324 (1) of the Companies Act 1993 (by virtue of the removal of Adecco Executive Limited from the Register of Companies on 1 June 2000 pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) (ii) of the Companies Act 1993) with rights as owner of ninety-nine (99) shares in Ajilon Limited.
