Bluff (4021)
Pursuant to section 78M of the Education Act 1989, I hereby direct the Secretary for Education to appoint a limited statutory manager to St Teresa's Primary School, Bluff (4021), because of risks to the educational achievement of the students at the school.
The following functions, powers and duties of the board are vested in the limited statutory manager:
? monitoring and assessment of employee performance.
The limited statutory manager must also advise the board
on the:
? development of a strategic plan which documents how the board is giving effect to the national educational guidelines;
? development and maintenance of an ongoing programme of self review.
This notice takes effect the day after the date of publication of this notice.
