Board of Pharmac
Pursuant to section 52 (1) of the New Zealand Public Health and Disability Act 2000, I reappoint:
Richard Waddel (Chair); and
David Moore
as members of the board of Pharmac for three-year terms of office commencing on 1 July 2002 and expiring on 30 June 2005.
I also appoint
Helmut Modlik
as a member of the board of Pharmac for a three-year
term of office commencing on 1 July 2002 and expiring on 30 June 2005.
