Pursuant to section 84 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985, an order was made in the District Court at Greymouth on
4 June 2002, against Andrew Wayne Brown for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1984 Mitsubishi Sigma, registration No. LP8093.
