Pursuant to sections 96 and 192 of the Animal Welfare Act 1999, I hereby give notice that I have revoked, on the
date of this notice, the approval of the code of ethical conduct of
Ciba-Geigy New Zealand Limited (now Novartis
New Zealand Limited).
Notice No. 4296 appearing in the New Zealand Gazette,
4 February 1988, Issue No. 19, page 372, is hereby revoked.
