On 14 June 2002 at the District Court at Waihi,
Parmjit Singh Kang was convicted of the following offence - driving with excess breath alcohol (having previously been convicted of such an offence) - and in addition to the sentence imposed on him, the Court has ordered that a
1985 Ford Laser motor vehicle, registration No. MF3696
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
