On 11 June 2002 at the District Court at Tauranga,
Dale Murray Bidois was convicted of the following offence - driving with excess breath alcohol (subsequent offence) - and in addition to the sentence imposed on him, the Court has ordered that a
1987 Ford Telstar motor vehicle, registration No. XN7544
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited
to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
