In the matter of the Land Transfer Act 1952, and in the matter of section 338 of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Bank Chambers Limited:
Take notice that I, Dr Alan Esmond Bollard, Secretary to
the Treasury, pursuant to section 338 of the Companies Act 1955, hereby disclaim for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, all right, title and interest of Her Majesty the Queen in an estate in fee simple in all that parcel of land containing 1 square metre, more or less, situate in the Borough of Hastings, being Lots 1 and 2 on Deposited Plan 7075, which said parcel of land is part of the Heretaunga Block, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title 112/111, Hawke's Bay Land Registry, being a property formerly held by Bank Chambers Limited, a company removed from the Companies Register on 25 March 1977 and formerly having its registered office at Hastings.
And I certify that the vesting of the said properties did not come to my notice until 29 April 2002.
