Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985
On 11 December 2001 at the District Court at Tauranga,
Ian Robert Steel, of 7 Dover Place, Mt Maunganui,
was convicted of the following offence - driving while disqualified - and in addition to the sentence imposed on him, the Court has ordered that a
Nissan Bluebird motor vehicle, registration No. PL 6253
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
