Pursuant to section 156 (6) (b) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby give the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. This notice may be cited as the Te Kura Maori
ki Porirua Constitution Amendment Notice 2002.
2. The notice entitled "Te Kura Maori ki Porirua Establishment" published in the New Zealand Gazette,
24 February 2000, No. 15, page 375, is hereby amended by revoking clause 5 and substituting it with the following clause:
Constitution of the Board of Trustees
5. Te Kura Maori ki Porirua Board of Trustees
shall comprise:
(a) five elected parent representatives;
(b) the principal;
(c) a staff representative; and
(d) up to four co-opted members.
3. This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
