On 27 May 2002 at the District Court at Tauranga, Murray Grant Larsen, of 728 No. 1 Road, Te Puke, was convicted of the following offence - refusing to permit blood specimen - and in addition to the sentence imposed on
him, the Court has ordered that a
1986 Toyota Corona motor vehicle, registration No. NE9076
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
