Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985
On 14 May 2002 at the District Court at Tauranga, Leslie James Kohu was convicted of the following offence
- driving with excess breath alcohol (subsequent offence) - and in addition to the sentence imposed on him, the Court has ordered that a
Toyota Hilux motor vehicle, registration No. WZ1658
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
