Pursuant to section 67 of the Films, Videos, and Publications Classification Act 1993, Justice Hammond, in the High Court at Wellington, hereby makes the following interim restriction order:
An interim restriction order is made in respect of the showing of the video or film Baise-Moi pending the hearing and determination of an appeal against the decision of the Film and Literature Board of Review.
Pursuant to section 69 of the Act, this order shall remain in force only until the appeal is heard and determined
or one of the factors in section 69 (2) of the Act is activated.
