Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985
On 18 April 2002 at the District Court at Tauranga,
Dallas Maani Taiaroa was convicted of the following offence - driving while disqualified - and in addition to
the sentence imposed on him, the Court has ordered that a
Ford Cortina Ghia motor vehicle, registration No. JF3881
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
