On 15 April 2002 at the District Court at Tauranga,
Bell Hone Maaka, of 138 Ohauiti Road, Tauranga, was convicted of the following offence - driving while disqualified - and in addition to the sentence imposed on him, the Court has ordered that a
1987 Ford Fairmont motor vehicle, registration No. NC4955
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
