Notice is given that the Penal Institutions (Inmate Security Classification System) Operational Standard 1999 (OS-13) issued on 1 July 1999 in relation to inmate security classification in penal institutions is revoked as from
20 March 2002.
Pursuant to section 10B of the Penal Institutions Act 1954, notice is given that the Penal Institutions (Inmate Security Classification System) Operational Standard 2002 (OS-13) has been reissued in relation to inmate security classification in penal institutions, and takes effect from 20 March 2002.
Copies of this Operational Standard are available:
? at all prisons, for inspection by inmates; and
? for inspection by members of the public at any public library that is a party to the Depository Library Scheme.

? at all Service Centres of the Community Probation Service; or
