Pursuant to section 124 (1) (d) of the Social Security Act 1964, the Minister of Social Services and Employment makes the following Amendment to the Special Needs Grants Programme (as established and approved on 18 December 1998).

A m e n d m e n t
1. Title-(1) This Amendment is the Special Needs Grants Amendment 2002.
(2) In this Amendment, the Special Needs Grants Programme is called "the programme".
2. Commencement-This Amendment comes into effect on the day after the date on which the Minister approves it.
3. Emergency relocation costs-Clause 15.5.10 of the programme is amended by inserting after the word "under", the words "the former".
4. Revocations-The following are revoked:
(a) Clauses 15.5.1 to 15.5.9 and 15.5.11 to 15.5.13 of the programme;
(b) So much of the Special Needs Grants Programme Amendment (No. 3) as relates to the clauses of the programme referred to in paragraph (a);
(c) The Special Needs Grants Amendment 2001.

This Amendment revokes the provisions of the programme relating to Emergency Relocation Costs other than the clause relating to recoverability.
