Acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, under section 101 (7) of the Education Act
1989, I approve Friday, 14 June 2002, as the closing date for voting in the first elections of parent representatives and
a staff representative for The Gardens School Board of Trustees.
I also approve 27 June 2002, as the date for the first board
of trustees meeting.
This notice shall take effect the day after its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
